For those of you who don't know , I've been looking to further my studies in Law for quite some time now . I actually wanted to make use of my current Diploma to get a Degree in Law from the University of London (UOL) by studying part-time in a private institute , but things aren't as simple as I thought .

I just checked out the Singapore Institute of Legal Education (SILE) , & it so happens that Singapore only allows graduates from SMU or NUS to take the BAR examinations . So to put it simply , I cannot practise Law in Singapore even with an internationally recognised Degree from UOL -.-

Some of you may be thinking , "Simple, just opt to study at NUS or SMU lor ! Anyway universities in Singapore won't lose to overseas institutions what !" Yup , I agree , it's easier for me to study in local universities . But I've checked their entry requirements- I need at least an A2 in English & be proficient in Additional Mathematics , which most of you should know that I've dropped way back in Sec. 3 . It just makes no sense to me to retake 2 O's subjects then aim for the degree , & no , it isn't time & cost savvy as well .

If I were eligible , trust me , I would've registered for their intakes right after I graduate , prolly before you can take your next breath . Sadly it isn't that simple ): I do see an alternative though , to get a Diploma in Law from ITC before I register for the graduate route in our local universities . It gives me more time & space to decide on what I really want to specialize in , as well as the freedom to work & support myself . It about time I stopped relying on my parents to make these hefty purchases on my behalf . & for those of you who are thinking I should get a bank loan , let me just say I don't want to owe the bank money before I start to make my own moolah . & no , part-time jobs do not count as first official payslip (:

Call me stubborn , insistent , whatever . I just won't feel right if I were to get my Cert any other way . Let's call it . . An infringement of my principles . Not that I'm trying to be arrogant , but still , I have to live by my way of life .

Please don't be worried for me , my dear friends , because I will be speaking to my relevant lecturers , Jer & my dear family about my decisions before actually acting on them . Yes , because the annoying fact about being human means that even at my most sane , I am prone to making some stupid decisions occasionally .

So thank you to those who actually grit your teeth & read though my babbling insecurities , as well as those who care enough to bring to my attention your concern . I love all of you (:

Majorly annoyed at SMRT's management . I'm sure more than 90% of people in Singapore have been affected by the recent train disruptions , & it seems like SMRT isn't doing much to solve the problem .
See - CEO Saw once said ,"Commuters can get onto the MRT, it's whether they want to." But has she tried squeezing into her own MRT during peak hours ? She has not .

Then they go on to raise the fares , claiming that they aren't reaping profits when her annual salary goes up almost 3 freaking times . She's a good businesswoman , I'll give her that . But she cannot fucking empathize . When the lights & ventilation went off in one of the MRTs that broke down , a commuter breaks open the window TO ALLOW PEOPLE TO BREATHE , SMRT very "generously" says that they will not penalize that person given the circumstances . Hey , has CEO Saw been in one of those damn trains in that exact same situation ? She has not too .
Someone should give him a prize for helping save lives , or at the very least , medical implications . There were so many children inside , for crying out loud !

On top of that , she claims that "lights & ventilation were switched on throughout" the whole incident . So does that mean the victimized commuters were lying about suffocating ? Or that the faulty controls & machines don't reflect the actual situation in the MRT ?

The least SMRT can do is to prepare & provide a reasonable amount of shuttle buses in place of the MRT while they close it down for a few days to do maintenance in my opinion . & no , telling us that "SMRT does not have so many drivers waiting for such incidents to happen" does not pass as an excuse to be slack on solving the problem . Wear & tear is supposed to be taken into consideration since the MRT is operating daily , & it does not happen within the span of a few days or weeks . Heck , even diamonds are not immune to degeneration . Then again , other than telling us "SMRT could have done better to handle the situations" , there's not much they have been doing to make up for it too .

Had to vent my frustration since the train disruptions have been going on for a few consecutive days already . Thought the MRTs would be functioning better today , but no , after Braddell the time it took to get the train moving again actually almost doubled my traveling time . There goes punctuality , out the broken MRT window ~

Somehow , I don't really know if I should believe you . You claim that the love is still there , but where's the concern ?

I'm almost absolutely certain there are some things you're not telling me , or at least not to my face . I want to know what it is . Maintaining a relationship goes 2 ways . You don't expect 1 party to be putting in all the effort & only reaping half the rewards . Honestly , I'm tired . I know this post is very self-centered , but I'm only telling my side of the story . Because I don't know yours , or even if you have one .

I admit , I'm in a pissy mood because of all the pain & drowsiness , but that doesn't mean I can't think straight . All I can see is that what you're telling me doesn't exactly tally with your actions . Or maybe my lover from before isn't what or who he was anymore .

I'm upset , obviously ; but the more I think back , the more fishy it gets . It's almost like you're holding back your concern because you're not sure whether you should show it . I'm trying my very best to be understanding , but you've seriously caught me at a bad time . I won't be at your beck & call anymore until you prove to me that you deserve it , simply because I don't want to . Sure I might be depressed , angry at the whole world even , especially at you , but I will not let you think for a moment that I can be taken for granted . If there is still a shot at this relationship , I want to hold my chin up high because I'm going to be proud that I didn't give up without a fight . & if there isn't , well , I hope I won't hate you for not putting in enough effort .

Least amount of care & concern , from the person I expected to give the most . It hurts , really . It hurts so much I feel like my chest is going to explode . But it somehow distracts me from the pain of the injury . Pretty ironic huh ? I kept it from him because I didn't want him to feel like it's actually a way of getting his attention . Seems like it worked pretty well though . It took him more than 7 hours to realise it actually hurt when I walked , although I had been inching forward , back & forth the whole day .

The incessant pain is actually also affecting my ability to sit still . As a result , I'm always very restless & can't sit properly ): Royal pain in the ass , I call it . That pain is so real it has its own name . Damn .

I was actually hoping for a hug , a kiss , or even a simple caress would suffice . But no , I didn't get it . Somehow it's come to the point where I have to remind myself that I won't be seeing any of his texts when I check my phone , to avoid the disappointment I know I'll receive . Still , a little part of me can never stop hoping that he'll at least explain to me what's happening even if he doesn't show his affection like before .

& well , here I am , blogging in the middle of the night while he's sleeping because 1) I don't want him to find out ; 2) the pain is making me feel a tad dizzy & I can't fall asleep . I'll probably just lie there & wait for sleep to come claim me , like yesterday .

Made a new friend today . Bought a couple Angry Birds keyring as donation to a foundation for the paralyzed yesterday & Krystal was the one who approached to sell it to me . Struck up a conversation with her 'cos she was really easy & nice to talk to even though I wasn't feeling my best then . I put my conversation with her behind pretty quickly , since I realized I was hungry for the first time this week . Happily thinking that my appetite was back , I ate fried beehoon . Little did I know , I'd have a hard time in the toilet this morning ):

So mummy convinced me to take MC . Didn't have a fever when I was at the doctor's so he gave me MC for today . Slept the day away & woke up a tad better for dinner , but I'm feeling feverish now D: Met Krystal again today , & to my surprise she remembered me . Heh . She's very sad that her relationship with her family is very rocky , & feeling very unappreciated 'cos all the effort she's been putting in seems to be washing down the drain . Shared a bit of my past with her ; what I did & how things changed . She was amazed that I could empathize with her loneliness & asked me what I did to change things . I hope my experience helped . Feeling happier mentally although still sick like shit physically . Wishing I'll get better soon .

Had a talk with Sweet♥ & mummy just now ; poured out so much that I've been bottling up for so long - unhappiness , anxiety , frustration , indignance . . . Feeling better too , knowing that they will somehow always be there for me . Going through a tough period & I hope I will emerge stronger & wiser , especially now that I'm determined to put in my best efforts to do so .

Nostalgia brought me back to reading our old blog posts , slightly more than a year ago , when we first got together . It seems like time flew past & things have already evolved to become so alien from where we were standing . All but one - we're still happily attached .

Exactly 1 year ago , on this date , I was blogging about how awed I was at our relationship . & today , that feeling hasn't worn off . I'm still astonished by the fact that you could still love me so fiercely even after everything that's happened & everything that's going on now . I'm blessed to have someone who doesn't allow exhaustion to diminish his love , or any ways of showing them .

I think God / fate / destiny just put in front of me the guy I'm supposed to marry .

Went to Tung Lok Seafood at Orchard Central yesterday with his family , & then he gave me the best night of my life . Sometimes he makes me wonder why I can never seem to run out of affection for him . I won't elaborate on what happened , because it's something only both of us know . It was the first time in so long I fell asleep with a smile & still woke up with it . Thank you , my silly dear , for all the happiness you've given me (:

People always say , "Cherish , 'cos you don't know what you have until you've lost it ." But I disagree . It's more like not being able to cope rationally with your loss .

Was thinking about my relationship with love when I thought about this . Time really flies & before we know it , we're going to celebrate our first year together already . I don't know if it's due to the fact that we're both so busy , but it seems so natural to be with him . As easy as breathing , only with the occasional runny/blocked nose ; like any relationship would . Okay I digressed . Thing is , I'm afraid we'll grow apart 'cos we'll be getting busier , since we're both starting work very soon , like in a week ):

Aye , what to do ? Suck it up , laugh & make the best of life probably :/

Emotionally , mentally & physically tired . That's what I am now .

Sometimes I wonder if it is right to love someone so much . To give in to him so much . So much so that I don't really remember when was the last time I persuaded ( be it gently or otherwise ) him to let me have what I want . Each time he does something I disagree with , I suck it up & tell myself , "As long as he's happy ." But it's eating into my patience .
I don't like the way he makes plans with so many different friends & tell me only when we're due to go out . I'm only selectively social so I really choose when I'd like to go out with people . But when he lets me know at the last minute , I can't say no , can I ? I wouldn't want to be deemed unsociable by his friends , nor do I want to hurt his feelings when I ignore them . & I most definitely would hate walking behind the whole fucking group alone -.- Sometimes , FML . I'm so pissed I could bite a T-Rex's head off , right now .

Since I don't really want to spew vulgarities now , I shall make do with O&4546*(&^*(#T(V *#Y%(&TC( just to be a tad more civilized . I'll save my anger till I need it . Till next time then .

Feeling mad lucky 'cos I don't have to cast a vote for the PE this time . President Nathan has been President of Singapore since the start of the 20th century , & I still think he's the best . But Mummy says he's retiring ): That's why I think I'm lucky not to have a vote . Otherwise I'd be at a lost 'cos I don't know who to vote for .

President Nathan really reminds me of my grandfather . He's seemingly infallible , wise beyond words , gracious & super understanding . One of the main reasons why I support him so much is because he actually came up with the Yellow Ribbon Project (YRP) .
They were imprisoned simply because they had to pay for the crimes they've committed . I believe that good people are people who play by the rules & not cross the law . Those of us who have the advantage of not having a prison record are generally better off - we don't need to shun away from tainted glasses of others . That's why we should give them a second chance . If our law grants them anything short of a life sentence , that means there is still hope for them to change for the better . All of us have made mistakes in life , some of which I feel are worse than our fellow offenders .

Here's an example . Compare a man who's jailed for assault & robbery , to an emotionally destructive mother/father . Which do you find more easy to forgive - a man who , in a moment of folly , spared brute force in exchange for money ; or a parent who verbally abuses his/her children ? The victim of the robbery would most probably be more forgiving compared to the abused child/children , no ? Often in life , we stumble & make mistakes . When we were young , we were taught to get up when we fell down . But if the wrong we did was to someone we knew , especially if he/she was of importance to us , we wouldn't be able to forgive ourselves if they didn't . What they're looking for is similar to us - forgiveness & acceptance .

I'm sure many have watched On The Fringe on Channel 8 . Isn't it disheartening , watching Tian Yibang's laborious & somehow futile attempts to force himself up in front of friends & family ? I don't think many of us would ever experience the hatred of a family member the way he did . But deep down in our hearts , we know it's just a dangerous mix of a man's ego , a father's love , a friend's loyalty & pure stubborn faith . He's not out to harm anyone , he just wants to protect his son . & he does it the way he did because he doesn't know of any quicker way to resolve problems . Perhaps Lee Nan Xing is an awesome actor , I'll give him that . But it is also because this show is frighteningly realistic . It's like a triad remake of the I Not Stupid series .

I hope people will be more understanding towards the ex-offenders & not judge someone by their looks & past misdeeds , because everybody deserves a second chance , especially if they prove themselves worthy of it (:

Insomnia's come knocking on my door tonight- but nothing's better than a good story to chase that ass away, no ? So here's the post you all've been waiting for - complete with pictures ;D

I remember several years ago , the day I was introduced to him . This very special him I lagged years to acknowledge . It was supposed to be a casual meetup with Kitty , Chris & the old clique , so I gave it a miss .
Memory has it that I was still struggling to let go of a love so special to me (: I say this with a genuine smile- it turned out better than I expected . Okay , I digressed . Now back to the story .

The day after during recess , a very hyped-up Kitty filled me in on the details of the Sunday outing . They went to Pastamania @ Cineleisure . Chris brought a new friend - Jeremy . Remember the "Jiemei" they introduced to me on MSN ? He was much fun to hang out with . She gave me an award-winning smile & showed me the pictures they took that afternoon . See how little priority his 'face' has against having fun ? She enthused , "You reeeeeally gotta join us next time , you'll sureeeeely give me real smiles !!"
Now you guys know why I love this girl of mine so much ? ♥

That day marked the start of my friendship with Jer . We started chatting on MSN regularly , exchanged numbers , then began texting too . I finally realized how close we actually got when Kitty chanced upon a text he replied to , which went something along the lines of , "Yup , misses . Haha , nights & muacks !" & jumped . You could actually see the curiosity bursting from her - her eyes went wide , pupils dilated , jaw falling . She was the one who questioned my feelings about him - was I actually falling for our Jiemei ? I pulled out & put some distance between us then . I was in dangerous territory , barely recovering from a heartbreak & almost getting infatuated/a bad crush on someone I wasn't really supposed to be falling for . Also , I couldn't risk having him feeling the same damn way as I , because it would mean hell .
We went out on group outings a few more times after that , ~~then came the dreaded 2008 .~~

Breaking of contacts , tearful goodbyes - all because of a unworthy bastard . Well , I think we can skip this chapter already .

Then in late 2009 , I came across this picture on FB .
I'm not saying this to be dramatic or anything - it just made my heart skip a beat .
All the times I secretly (& guiltily) hoarded his contact details came back to flood my memories . Memorizing his mobile like it was worth my life before deleting it ; removing him from MSN but keeping him in Hotmail contacts & not changing my email ; keeping him hidden in the throes of my FB friends - Desperate , yes . But something in me told me we weren't over just yet .

Still , I was too cowardly & far too ashamed to even talk to him even after that bad relationship was over . I settled for the occasional sight of him on FB Newsfeed . Pathetic , I know . But what was I going to say to him ? "I'm sorry for leaving when you needed a listening ear & shoulder to cry on , now let's be friends all over again ?" That's worse .

So thankfully , magic/fate/destiny/god's will eventually took him to my blog (thankfully I loved this link enough to keep it alive) where we patched those painful years up & became friends again . Slowly but surely , our relationship improved . Don't ask me why I wasn't guilty enough to hold myself back from persuading him to break up with his ex though , I guess she was treating him way too shabbily .

Finally , despite all the obstacles we faced throughout the years , we got together . Being together suited us well though , he made me feel so comfortable in my own skin .
Sometimes it makes my heart hurt , knowing how much he understands me better than the vast majority , & still loves me better than I thought I deserved . & yes , I love him back all the more for it .

His love & acceptance left me in awe & disbelief for quite some time -
when I gave him a Birthday kiss to commemorate his 20th ,

when we adopted our first baby Stitchy ,

when he gave me my Birthday kiss @ Shabu-shi ,

Even now ,
I still wonder if I were in a dream to be loved by him this way .

It's a fact that there's bound to be friction being together . But although he pisses me off every now & then , I still find him endearing . It's also true that sometimes 2 people have to fall apart to know how right they fit together . & right now I really wish that he's going to be The One for me , for the rest of my life . ♥ ♥

Haven't been blogging for a few months now , today's post is special , for my dear little DJ Rio ♥

It's been the fifth day since my little DJ's passed on , & I still miss him so very much . I know most of you don't know what's happened , but here's a short summary :

Last Monday , I went to NP with Jer . On the way out , we spotted a guy bringing this cute baby bird to the curb . He told us that bird had flown to the middle of the road & was almost mowed over by him . Thankfully , he was kind enough to bring it to safety . It was so young , it was still a bit raw around the neck & the poor little thing kept calling for its mother . We pondered for a while & finally brought it home in Jer's cap .

Throughout the whole journey , it kept chirping & half-singing non stop . That was how it got its name , DJ - & Rio , 'cos we decided to name him after the movie . We shredded a chunk of apple for DJ , then brought him to Doggy's place . We figured he would be best taken care of there since they kept 4 other birds in their house .

Doggy & Birdy loved him the minute they saw him . They even bought a huge cage for him & fed him hourly to ensure he didn't go hungry . DJ had become a part of our family , & all of us were so excited to see the type of bird he would grow up to become . Our joy was , however , short-lived .

When Doggy & my family left to stay at RWS for the weekend , they put enough food & water in every cage for the birds . DJ starved to death 'cos the poor little thing didn't have a hard enough beak to pick at the food . It was already starting to smell when they got home on Sunday afternoon . We found out much later .

I couldn't believe it when my sister broke the news to me . I texted Doggy & waited in angst for her reply . She replied close to 2 hours later , affirming what my sister said . I couldn't cry , but I was devastated .

Would it have been better if we left DJ there for another kind soul to pick him up ? At the very worst , he might have been knocked down by another car . But it would be quick & merciful compared to our starving him , no ?

DJ- I want to apologize for so many things . I'm sorry I was too hasty in making the decision to bring you home ; I admit I took to you the moment I saw you & just wanted to keep you as a pet . I knew you needed a home , & you seemed to like us well enough to just follow us home & play with us . & you , my sweet little friend , even responded by flying to perch on Zhu's finger when he called out to you . How could I not love you - or how could anyone , for that matter ?

I'm sorry for not taking time off work to go & see if you were alright , if you were cold or just needed company , I'm sorry I didn't think of giving you a proper send off when I heard about your death . I just foolishly wallowed in despair , in silence for so many days before I thought of your burial .

Maybe mummy was right , that you were not meant to be with us . Maybe your present life only allowed you to live for so long , & we just happened to make it more torturous for you when your time was up . Perhaps someday , you'll be reborn into the world & into a better family . I hope you're in a better place now , hopefully with my grandpa in paradise .

Sorry about being so distant , but my schedule's been so hectic recently . Add to that a malfunctioning internet connection , & I only get to blog during free time in TP library . Which you all know , is once in a blue moon :/

Life's been treating me well recently , steadily (forcing myself to) getting used to Jer not being by my side during my mad busy schooldays . But it's otherwise fantastic (: Lunch/dinner with his/my family occasionally when we manage to get together on the weekends . Everything has suddenly become peaceful & (I guess I can put it this way) coincidentally right . Everything down to the minute details of me baking Strawberry Shortcake just the week after Jer was complaining about craving for it , lol . Guess this is fate's way of supporting our relationship :p

On the downside , we seldom get to really go out & socialise with our friends . 'Cos weekends are the only time we get to be together , & we either meet people both of us are familiar with or rather not at all . Haha . I do miss my dear girl Kitty though , hope I'll see her this weekend :D

Outing with Kitty , Huijie & Jer to celebrate my birthday :D Heh . Coincidentally , Jer decided to shave himself botak . So here he is , the furless Polar Bear ! (He prolly just finished shooting the Halls advertisement .)
Met up at AMK Hub to watch Narnia . Fantastic movie , I'd say it's best of the 3 (: Never regretted watching it in 3D , the effects were close to magical . You guys should all go watch it :D
Dinner at Shabu-Shi after movie , ate till mad full O.o Camwhored quite a bit with them too , here are the photos :DTried making faces with ice-cream at the camera too , free entertainment ! Hahahaha .

Finally , we finished off the night with a kiss . Sweet dreams people ! ^^y

♥Jer & I lunched with Doggy, Birdy, Ahma, Cindy & Zhu at AMK Hub's Foodcourt - & man is their A1 Bak Kut Teh fantastic :D Had to bring them there to try it for themselves , you guys should too ! Heh . Saw these cute bears ( I actually forgot the names ) screaming my name at the arcade's Big Sweetland machine . So I had to get them ! Hahaha . Spent $22 & took 3 of them home , much worth , no ? (:

So I took the gold card & went to Timezone with BF :p We actually only intended to get the 5-inch Chip & Dale toy going round & round in the machine 'cos the card had only $13 value left =.= Didn't have much luck though , my sweets hit checker twice but didn't trigger the roulette , & I lost both the Chipmunks in the myriad of sweets & junk food , lol . Right after we decided we'd give up after maxing the card , I managed to hit the checker & tada - JACKPOT ! Ooh lala ! We spent only $9.50 this time !! :D:D

Adopted this uber cute Baby Stitch <3 Bus-ed down to Airport for dinner & on the way down , we kept wrapping the Stitch in BF's jacket . So many people thought we were holding a baby , hahaha ! The expressions on those KPOs' faces when they realised we were hugging a soft toy were damn near priceless xDD

There are days where I absolutely loathe my independence , & today is one of those days . Am pissed , grouchy & a bit sore from the day's incident . I say incident 'cos only one thing happened , but the knowledge of what led to it & why makes me feel like regurgitating every single comment I thought of then , right back at them . I don't bear grudges 'cos I don't like to , although I find it hard sometimes to forget what pissed me off so bad . But when the same thing happens over & over again , what happens then ? People tell me , "It takes more muscles to frown than to turn it upside down ." Guess what ? Falling deeper & deeper in love with my beloved SWEET♥ every passing day . How could I not ? These days , getting together with a loving & understanding guy is like a godsend . But to have someone who's committed , thoughtful , smart , fun & good-looking on top of everything ? It's like stumbling upon a oasis when you're just looking for a drink in the desert .

I've always thought he'd be there to guide & accompany me through my life & unhappiness . Never had the idea of him being there for my everything crossed my mind . But fate seems to be nudging us that way . Not that I can find anything to complain about though , he's like the best thing that ever happened to me (:

That makes me wonder ; how come it took so long for us to fall for the other ? Perhaps there was love between us - I can't be sure - but we just didn't acknowledge it . Then came him , who tore us apart . Fate followed up 2 years later , pulling us together again , with a firmer grip this time .

There I was , happily surfing the net listening to songs when suddenly , l caught movement from the side of my eye . Being supersensitive when I'm alone , I whirled around & swiped everything on my bed to the other side in just a split second . Then I saw it .

That disgusting creature , prolly 2 weeks old - FUCKING . CRAWLING . ON . MY . BEDSHEET . Filthy moronic cockroach ( or should I say nymph ) had the BLEEDING AUDACITY to get its stinking ass INTO MY ROOM . Either way , I swear my heart stopped beating for like , one second . Worst thing was , my brain stopped working together with my heart . I stared stunned at the damned roach for a few seconds too long before I leaped off my freaking bed like a ninja . Thank god for an uber resourceful subconscious , for I managed to arm myself with a sturdy hanger , tons of tissue paper & a can of Rexona . Obviously then my bed was too comfy for the damned thing ; IT WOULDN'T FALL OFF . I was scared half shitless , mad as hell , so I almost broke my parents' door down . They were so f-ing cruel , they did the worst thing they could - FREAKING NOTHING !
Forced to the end of my tether , I enlisted the help of the MagiClean mop . 5 minutes of banging did the trick , it ran from under the bed to behind my door & TOWARDS MY LEVIS !! Took 2 seconds to aim & flatten its dumb ass for good . Almost gave me a heart attack , it did . Had to change my bedsheet too , wth .

Those of you who are rolling your eyes & accusing me of making a damn mountain out of a molehill , take your time to consider that everyone has their fears . I'm just blogging to get this off me so that I can sleep in peace . & damn I hate those filthy creatures .

Went to JB with Kitty & Samuel to celebrate Jer's birthday . Hell lot of fun , especially with both of them around :D Breakfast at Mac mad sucked though . Lunched at Wung Kok & Jer was given this uber huge "can" of milk tea on the house for his birthday ! Hoho ~

Sam ordered waffle with Nepolitan Ice-cream selection , but I think the waffle's only so so . Nothing fantastic , prolly due to the weird peanut butter aftertaste =/Then the madness began ! All of us sipping at the milk tea hysterically =o& the maddest thing was , they made me use ALL the fucking straws ! OMFG ~Didn't get to have seafood for dinner , so we settled for Sushi King instead . No pictures taken because of starvation & super cheap food , only this . Too epic to miss . But behind every person who has trust issues , is the darned ex who made them that way . & for me , it's much more than that . For 4 years , we've been telling everyone , including each other , that we're nothing more than sisters . Perhaps we would be , if things in 2008 had been different . If that asshole hadn't tore our friendship apart , I wouldn't have felt guilty enough to try & make up for lost time when I turned single again . I'm thinking too much , I can't sleep . How could I have been so slow , so blind to realise so many issues ? It's really true when people say "Your past haunts you no matter where you go ." because today , or yesterday , my past caught up with me . So fast , so hard , it hit me just like a tornado . I was swept up totally unaware .

On my way home , I thought long & hard . But you can't weigh the pros & cons in love , you just can't . & that was when I also realised that you can't easily find a suitable compromise when principles & desires come into the equation . I wanted to throttle someone or something - so damn bad . But I've nobody to blame . These are just the consequences of my decisions & actions I've made in the past . The after-effects procrastinated so long that even I thought they had long gone . Unfortunately , they haven't .

My final decision ? Nope , not to sleep everything off & think about it when I'm awake . I've just got to make known this fact - I lost you once before ; I can't afford to lose you again . & this applies to the both of you . Trust me , getting over & nursing a broken heart isn't as easy as it seems . Sad to say , I've been through , done that . Today I realised , there's too many things I never told anyone , even my sisters . Why ? Because I know I'm really not as strong as I seem . There's too many things I'm afraid of . I'm scared of letting everything out , 'cos it just doesn't work that way . They always come to me for advice & for help - what's going to happen when one day their pillar collapses ? Okay what I posted in the afternoon was nonsense . Didn't really understand myself too when I relooked the damn post . Zz . Think I shall correct that post in this .

I'll admit it , I'm fucking selfish . I want us , but somehow I think we both know we're not ready yet . I'm afraid to commit , because I love you enough to not want you to get hurt . But the kind of feeling I have for you . . is very complicated . Yup , ain't gonna deny that I love you ; but luckily for us , somehow I don't really think that love's reached the romantic stage yet .
I'm not really worried about the fact that if we don't work out , we'll lose this relationship like many others do . I believe that what we have is much stronger than that . Thing is , will there be repercussions ? To be brutally honest , I don't even know how Frost & I came to this stage . I never knew that a complicated , heart-wrenching break up could turn a couple into best friends . Funny enough , he's one of the few I'm most comfortable around . There's individual steamboat & tempura on top of the sushi . Best of all , everything is free-flow ! Drinks & Potong Ice-cream too :D && it's Halal ! I reckon we ate like , half a kg of beef lo . That was the first day I finished serving part-time at YOG . I told you I planned to take a one week break before going to work at possibly BakerzIn . & for the one week break , because I knew you were working , I didn't ask you out . Still , I asked if you were free to have lunch , didn't I ? Again , you were the first I allotted time for - before I asked my friends , whom I've not seen since the start of WCP . & you still saw me during weekends . They did not .

Have you forgotten these 2 days I offered to spend time with you ? & what about the past ? Are you telling me that you've forgotten all those times I went shopping with you for new bags/dresses/shoes for your D&D ? Forgotten those times I helped/teached you to do your makeup or your nails for you ? Forgotten that I've always listened to your sorrows about office politics or some other issues ?

If you've forgotten , let me remind you . I ask for money from Daddy when I need it , not you . I try my best not to take money from you & even if I do , I make an effort to spend it as slowly as possible . & I make it a point never ask for money from you when I'm working .

& why not you try to think from my perspective ? Just spent my pocket money for these few days although I'm at home for the whole day . Gosh , & I thought I could save money . Heh .

Thing is , 2 guys came by my house just now selling Magnolia Ice-cream . 1 of them was telling me that he came from a single family & that his Mum needed money for an op , so I bought 2 =
& wow , his friend actually stepped out to help him sell Ice-cream . I'm quite amazed by that fact 'cos hardly anyone does things nowadays without expecting to be paid . Hmm (:

I was actually thinking if it was a scam or something , but who cares ? What if his Mum was really sick & in need of that op ? I've been through the pain of losing family , & trust me , I would really rather nobody had to live through that agony . & I know for sure that good medical services are a bunch of rather horrific bloodsuckers .

Oh well , there's nothing much I can do , so let's just hope that his mum gets through it fine . I hope my purchase helped =/
